Mexican coffee is a great reflection of how far specialty coffee has come. Formerly regarded as only a low-grade blender, many Mexican coffees have now achieved the highest quality, consistently.
We still use it as a blender (it often features prominently in our espresso), but it shines on it's own too. Chocolatey with a nutty finish, and roasted dark by our standards, this coffee is perfect for the West Coast style dark-roast junkies out there.
This particular coffee comes from the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, check out this video about this special ecological zone.

This is our favorite coffee!
My husband and family really like the Mad Goat Mexican Chiapas coffee! Each time I have ordered it online, it has arrived very promptly, too.
