Up and Atom Blend

My wife brought home a bag of this wonderful coffee because she thought I would love the name of the coffee company. I ended up loving the coffee as well. I do a podcast called “Coffee & Hardcore” and I must review this coffee on an episode of coffee reviews. This has to be my new favorite coffee honestly. I highly recommend this coffee.

Sorry, but the fine grind of the "Up and Atom" coffee does NOT work with my single cup Keurig dispenser. Coffee grinds shot everywhere - the counter and everywhere on the coffee maker. I cleaned everything up and tried it a second time. The exact same disaster happened again. I gave the bag of coffee to my friend, that has a drop coffee maker, of course it works great that way. Just don't use this with the pressure that a Keurig uses.

Great blend! Not too strong and not too weak. Perfect for that morning pick me up.

For starters, I've never had a bad cup of coffee from Mad Goat: everything I've tried from them has been amazing. Out of all the blends I've had though, this one is hands down my favorite.

I don't have a particularly refined palette, so I won't try to talk about flavor notes or what have you. I just like stuff that tastes good, and I can't really articulate why. My partner is gracious enough to make my coffee in the french press each morning, and I can always tell when I'm drinking this.

Not only do I like things that taste good, it has to be good all the time; consistency in flavor is key, and I can at least talk about that much. That said, this consistently delivers, morning after morning. I've had it both in a french press and in a pour over, and both methods will deliver a high quality taste. (Though I definitely recommend a french press if you are a man, woman, or non-binary person of culture, because it's absolutely luxurious).

My only complaint is that the bag isn't big enough and I always wish I had more!
